We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was almost in the center of the city. We could easily walk to many cozy coffee houses and the Kok-Tobe funicular, which took about 25-30 minutes. The breakfast offered a large selection of delicious delicacies for every taste. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay and print some items. The rooms had excellent views of the city, and we appreciated the full pots of tea or coffee brought to us by the breakfast staff.
